In this case, The bearing ring will soon rust.

2. In summer, people's hands will leave sweat on the surface of parts after contacting with the bearing ring. Sweat is an aqueous solution composed of salt and organic acids such as acetic acid and lactic acid. Once touched by hand, it is easy to rust if it is not handled in time. The air contains a lot of harmful acid gas produced by waste gas and dirt. In wet conditions, various inorganic acids will be produced after contacting with water, which will cause rust of bearing rings. After the parts are burned, the residual acid on the parts is not thoroughly cleaned, which will also cause corrosion and rust.

3. The bearing ring is heat treated with salt bath for fire control. In the later grinding process, the residual salt on the surface of the parts will also be rusted if it is not completely removed. In addition, when grinding the parts with residual salt, the salt will dissolve in the cutting fluid, resulting in the deterioration of the cutting fluid. The parts are directly affected by the cutting fluid during grinding, resulting in corrosion.

4. Dust and impurities are media that promote corrosion, because generally dust and impurities are hygroscopic. When encountering moisture in the air, it condenses into tiny water droplets, which deposit on the metal to form corrosion. Therefore, the cleaning work of the workshop is also one of the measures for the anti-corrosion work of bearing ring production.

5. Washing hands, rags or other stolen goods in the cutting fluid are easy to cause the cutting fluid to deteriorate and lose its anti-corrosion function. Cause corrosion of bearing ring.

6. Follow the anti rust operation procedures, and the foundation of the warehouse for storing bearing rings shall be high to prevent ponding in the warehouse. The warehouse shall be kept clean, and the corresponding humidity shall be controlled at 45% ~ 60%, not more than 70%. The indoor temperature shall be controlled between 10 ° C and 25 ° C, not higher than 30 ° C. Otherwise, the bearing rings in stock are easy to rust.
